Carlos Serrano works for Bayshore Investment Partners as a Financial Analyst since July 2021. Previously, he worked as an intern for The Carlyle Group in Brazil. Carlos has also worked as an M&A Intern at KFC Group Ecuador where he formed part of the company’s research team and was intricately involved in the analysis and eventual acquisition of the KFC and Wendy’s franchise in Chile and Argentina (+$70M acquisition).

Carlos holds a BBA in Business Administration & Entrepreneurship from Babson College. He is also Founder of Dark Kitchens Ecuador, where he partnered with International Food Service Corp and managed to open ten (10) locations in the company’s first year of operations.
