Alvaro Guarderas is Vice President of Acquisitions at Bayshore Investment Partners. He has over seven years of experience in corporate finance and multinational company valuations. Mr. Guarderas was hired in 2020 to bring his solid financial and analytical expertise into the acquisitions department at Bayshore.

Previously, Mr. Guarderas served as a Senior Associate for PriceWaterhouseCoopers in Ecuador, where he led the corporate finance division. During his tenure, he gained transactional experience in financial structuring and valuations. Mr. Guarderas holds a BBA Degree in Finance and Economics from Texas A&M University. He also holds an MBA from EAE Business School in Madrid. Mr. Guarderas is also the founder of StepUp Financial Modeling, a financial consulting start-up based in Quito, Ecuador.
