Alvaro Guarderas is Snr. Vice President at Bayshore Investment Partners. During his four-year tenure, Alvaro Guarderas has played an essential role as part of the acquisition team that closed on eight multifamily assets across the Southeast. Mr. Guarderas has also been instrumental in maintaining investor confidence and fostering long-term partnerships by effectively communicating Bayshore’s strategic vision, financial performance, and growth opportunities to stakeholders. As part of his responsibilities, Alvaro supports the oversight and optimization of Bayshore’s property portfolio.

Previously, as a Senior Associate for PwC, Alvaro led the Corporate Finance Division in the execution of more than twenty valuation and M&A projects. His extensive experience and dedication have made him a key player in driving successful acquisitions and maintaining strong investor relations.
